This exclusive event, in partnership with Creative Waco, offers a rare opportunity to experience the innovative craftsmanship that has put Waco on the map.
Sample unreleased spirits crafted by Chip Tate, the pioneering founder of Balcones Distilling, and 2025 gold medal recipient for his Japanese single malt whisky at the World Whiskies Awards. Chef Corey McEntyre, the creative force behind Milo and Red Herring will curate accompanying food samples using local, fresh ingredients and his storied flair for Southern-inspired cuisine.
