Paranormal Experience

During this two-hour tour you will get to see a different side of the Museum, one that most guests will never experience. For decades, paranormal investigators and Museum staff have experienced paranormal activity at the Museum such as floating orbs, shadow figures, voices, apparitions, and overwhelming emotions. On this tour, our expert Museum guides will lead you through both historic buildings, including their otherwise off-limits basement, to hear about the Museum’s history and investigate its paranormal activity for yourself with investigative tools such as EMF readers.

Your experience includes:

  • 2 hour guided paranormal investigation of both Museum buildings, including the basement of the historic Kellum Rotan Building

  • Paranormal investigation tools and flashlights provided

  • Glass bottle of Dr Pepper

  • Shop exclusive Paranormal Merch Pop-Up!

Because of the unique nature of this tour, guests need to be aware of some safety measures prior to booking their tour:

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to participate

  • Guests must wear closed-toe shoes

  • Guests must sign a waiver indicating that they understand the various hazards that come with a dimly lit tour of an old building

  • Filming the tour or any part of the tour is prohibited

  • There are no food or beverages allowed on the tour

$35. Tickets can be purchased here.

Wild Weeds & Gentle Tonics Workshop

After a long winter of heavier meals and less fresh produce, spring offers us a chance to reconnect with the nourishing green allies popping up all around us. Traditionally, spring tonics weren’t about “detoxing” but about building, replenishing, and supporting the body with the first vibrant weeds of the season.

In this workshop, explore plants like chickweed (Stellaria media), stinging nettles (Urtica dioica), cleavers (Galium aparine), dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) and more. These often-overlooked plants were once treasured as the perfect addition to spring tables — providing fresh nutrition and gentle support after the cold months.

Together, you’ll talk about: The history and tradition of spring tonics, How to identify, harvest, and prepare these nourishing plants, Simple ways to bring them into meals, teas, and everyday life, Why tonics are about building up, not breaking down.

Each participant will also create their own spring tonic to take home — a seasonal reminder of the nourishment nature offers us this time of year.

Tickets can be purchased here.
